• If you are returning an unwanted item it needs to be unused, unopened and in original packaging
• All items have a manufacturers warranty, and within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturers and DTP Associates Ltd discretion.  Faulty items may need to be returned to base depending on the service level purchased and the nature of the fault. DTP Associates Ltd are a trade supplier and all sales are subject to DTP Associates Ltd terms and conditions of trade.  
• If an item is deemed to be faulty then we would reimburse the customer for the cost of return.
